Every employee at GCG has spent time in the press room and in the graphics studio and has years of experience in book printing. We understand every aspect of the self-publishing process. WE ANSWER PHONES WITH REAL PEOPLE

How many times have you called a company only to be greeted with computer automation? Usually it starts out with something like this: “Please press 1 for this and 2 for that.” Once you press enough buttons you are thrown into a voicemail box, and sometimes it’s not even the right person’s. This will never happen at GCG. During business hours (8 am to 5 pm CST, Monday-Friday), our professional staff will answer the phone. We will either answer your questions or transfer you to the person most qualified to do so. You may leave a message if you like, but when you need immediate service, we do our best to give it to you.

WE RETURN PHONE CALLS PROMPTLY

In the event that the person you need is not available when you call and you choose to leave a voice message, our professional staff is expected to call everyone back the minute they are freed up. This is usually less than an hour.
